Wyndham Studios, Camberwell
Wyndham Studios, a residential development on Camberwell Road in south London, was built by BREE Construction as principal contractor for A2Dominion and brought to market under its Fabrica brand. BREE Construction (South) Ltd delivered the scheme, which provides 71 homes, with the marketed apartment count recorded at around 59 across the building.
Located at 166 to 176a Camberwell Road in SE5, the development replaced an underused site close to the heart of Camberwell with new apartments completed in 2021.

The homes were delivered for a mix of tenures including shared ownership, broadening access to home ownership in a part of south London where demand is high. The completed scheme offers accessible, well-specified apartments.
Wyndham Studios formed one part of BREE's working relationship with A2Dominion, a registered provider for whom the contractor has delivered new homes across London. The completed building is a compact, urban infill development that adds to the housing supply along a busy Camberwell artery.
