- Contact form submissions. Name, email, phone (if provided), message content and the routing tag you select (project, framework, press, careers).
- Career applications. Name, email, phone, CV, cover letter and any supporting materials submitted to careers@breeconstruction.co.uk or through partner platforms.
- Email correspondence. When you email us directly, we receive your name, email address and any information you choose to share.
- Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs IP address, browser type, referring URL and request timestamps for security and performance purposes.
- Cookies. See our Cookies Policy for the limited cookies we use.
We do not collect special-category data (health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs and so on) through this website. If you provide such information voluntarily, for example in a job application, we treat it with the additional protections required by law.

How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to enquiries you send through the contact form, by email or by phone;
- process and review job applications, and contact you about open roles;
- provide tendering, contracting and project-delivery services to clients and partners;
- communicate with suppliers, sub-contractors and other commercial counterparties;

- comply with our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
We do not use your information for behavioural advertising. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Some service providers (including Vercel) operate from servers located in the United States and other countries with adequate protection or appropriate safeguards in place under UK GDPR. Where this is the case, we rely on UK Adequacy Regulations, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent transfer mechanisms.

How long we keep your information
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact form enquiries. Up to 24 months from the last interaction.
- Career applications. Up to 12 months for unsuccessful applications; longer with your consent for talent-pool consideration.
- Project records. For the lifetime of the project plus 12 years, in line with construction-industry contractual limitation periods under the Limitation Act 1980.
- Financial records. At least 6 years (HMRC requirements).
- Website security logs. Up to 90 days.
Information no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. These include encrypted email, access controls, secure hosting, and ongoing review of our security practices.
No internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure, and you provide information at your own risk; however, we work continuously to maintain robust protection.
