The order book holds firm, with a pipeline locked through 2030, frameworks running to 2041 and £1.3bn of disclosed residential contract value across eighty-two schemes. The team that delivered Walter Tull House and Daventry House is intact. What it needs now is depth, in every discipline and at every level.
