166 to 176a Camberwell Road

The residential development at 166 to 176a Camberwell Road in London SE5 was built by BREE Construction as principal contractor for A2Dominion and brought to market under its Fabrica brand. BREE Construction (South) Ltd carried out the works between March 2019 and early 2021, completing a scheme of apartments known as Wyndham Studios.

The development replaced a long-stalled site that had stood as a local eyesore, with work resuming to bring the building to completion. Planning consent for the scheme related to 166-176 Camberwell Road and 16 Wyndham Road through Southwark Council.

Completed homes and a continuing partnership

The completed building provides around 59 apartments, offered for a mix of tenures including shared ownership, broadening access to home ownership in this part of Camberwell.

The Camberwell Road project formed part of BREE's wider relationship with A2Dominion, which extended to a major development framework appointment covering a large programme of new homes. The completed apartments add to the housing supply along a busy south London road and resolved a difficult, previously abandoned site.
